Preparation of Green Chilli Babycorn Manchurian
First, cut the baby corn into small pieces, add salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, gram masala, egg white, corn flour, plain flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, and mix it very well and leave it for 30 minutes. Then, deep fry the baby corn and keep it aside.Next, make thadka using jeera, chopped garlic, green chillies, curry leaves. Add the thadka to the fried baby corn. Then, add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce, and fry it for 2 minutes.Now, your baby corn is ready to serve hot! Children will enjoy the crispy chilli baby corn manchurian!
